Sufiyani Chicken Dum Biryani Recipe

Today I am sharing a delicious Sufiyani Biryani recipe. It has a sweet, hot, spicy and creamy dimension which make it a dashing treat for our taste buds.Hope u will like my recipe. Do give this a try and share ur experience in comments.


Ingredients

For Chicken Marination:
Chicken - 1 kg
Ginger garlic paste - 3 tbsp
Green chilli paste - 3 tbsp
Coriander powder - 2 tbsp
Cumin powder - 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Curd - 4 tbsp

For Boiling Rice:
Basmati Rice - 1 kg (soaked for 30 min)
Water - 2 litre
Black cumin - 1 tsp
Black peppercone - 6
Clove - 3
Cinnamon stick - 1
Bay leave - 1
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
Mint leave - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste

For Biryani Gravy:
Oil - 4 tbsp
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Black cumin - 1 tsp
Cumin - 1 tsp
Cinnamon stick - 1
Star anise - 2
Black cardamon - 2
Green Cardamon - 2
Clove - 4 to 6
Black peppercone - 6 to 8
Bay leaves - 2
Onion - 3 sliced
Curd - 4 tbsp
Nuts paste - 1 cup (cashew + almonds)
Fresh cream - 1/2 cup
Saffron strand in 4 tbsp milk
Fried onions - 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
Mint leaves - 1/2 cup
Ghee and oil - 4 tbsp
